About Me
Counselling is a gentle therapy, but it can change lives. I am passionate about the power of counselling and the results it can achieve. My own personal experience of counselling was life-changing and life-affirming and since that time I have worked to offer others the same benefit.I have a special interest in Autism and related issues and have over ten years experience in this area. Autism doesn't only affect the individual, it can impact partners and family members. I work with individuals, couples and families. In addition to my private practice I have also worked in schools for many years. Therapy sessions are confidential and offer a supportive, safe space for you to talk about your concerns freely and without fear of judgment.
